Steam Exploration Sales

As you probably might know by now, Steam Sales are starting, the first one being the Steam Exploration Sale.

In its essence it's a sort of homage to Sandbox, survival games. But which of these deals are worth it?

Well I'm going to help you choose, and give my honest opinions on some of the top games, so let's begin.

1.) ELITE DANGEROUS

Space exploration, trading, massive space battles, piracy, bounties , commerce and a map of almost all the know Universe.

The map is so big that parts of it have not been explored yet by any player, and exploring them rewards you with in-game money.

But with all these positive things Elite has a downside. Firstly you cannot get up from your chair and simply walk in your ship or in a space station, but most importantly no planet exploration. Hopefully these issues will be solve in Elite Dangerous Horizons.

At the time I am writing this the price for this game is 12.37 euros, almost 67% off the full price. If you like space exploration and space battles then this is a bargain.

2.) Counter Strike Global Offensive

Successor to the 1999 highly successful Counter Strike 1.6, this game is for everyone who like the old CS but also for people looking to get into this ever growing community, complete with Ranks, leagues, loads of weapon skins and the possibility of trading skins for better ones or simply selling them for money. At 5.49 euros this game is definitely one to buy if you are into the competitive shooter scene.

3.) South Park : The Stick of Truth 

This game need no introduction, a turn-based RPG, in the same graphical style as the world renown cartoon. Battle along-side your favorite South Park character to save the city from all types of weird and funny enemies.

If you are a fan of the show, then at 7.49 euros, this is a game worth buying.

And last but not least.

4.) The Valve Complete Pack

This bundle containing containing 24 Valve Titles : Counter Strike Global Offensive, Portal 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Left 4 Dead, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Team Fortress Classic, Counter-Strike Source, Counter Strike, Counter Strike Condition Zero, Day of Defeat, Day of Defeat Source, Half Life 2, Half Life 2 Deathmatch, Half Life 2 The Lost Coast, Half Life 2 Episode One, Half Life 2 Episode Two, Half Life, Half Life Blue Shift, Half Life Opposing Force, Half Life Deathmatch Source, Half Life Source, Ricochet and Deathmatch Classic.

All these games for currently 17.99 euros, 75% off the full price. 24 exclusive, triple A titles at this price , it's something worth buying.
